Privacy Policy

Last updated: [DATE — TO BE FILLED ON LEGAL SIGN-OFF]. Draft pending legal review — see the code comment at the top of this page's source.

1. Who collects your data

The data described in this policy is collected by the operator of Parley Club ([OWNER'S LEGAL DETAILS — TO BE FILLED]), the organiser of the closed Friday gatherings at Ju Bali, Umalas. There are two ways to apply, and both are collection channels for this policy: the application form at parley.pocketaicoach.ru and the Telegram bot @ParleyClubBot. The application is the same one either way, and both end up in the same records.

2. What we collect

  • Identity: full name, date of birth, gender.
  • Contact details: phone number, and one of Telegram / WhatsApp / e-mail as your chosen way to reach you.
  • Location: city and country.
  • Background: occupation, position, education.
  • What you are looking for at the gathering (relationship, friendship, business, circle).
  • Your open-ended answers about your motivation, values, and personal life — this is the material the organisers actually read to make a decision.
  • A link to your Instagram profile, and optionally another social account.
  • One to three photographs of your face, uploaded by you.
  • Your explicit consents (acceptance of the club's rules, of the no-explanation refusal policy, of the intoxication policy, and of this data processing) with the time they were given.
  • If you apply through the Telegram bot: your Telegram user ID, kept with your record so the organisers can send the decision back into the same chat; and, if your Telegram profile has a username, it is stored in the draft of your application — regardless of which contact method you choose. Until you finish the application, your answers are also kept as a draft tied to that user ID.
  • Technical data collected automatically by the server: your IP address (used only to enforce the request-rate limits described in the deployment configuration, and in standard server logs).

3. Why we collect it

  • To let the organisers evaluate your application and decide whether to invite you to a gathering.
  • To contact you with the decision and, if approved, with practical details of the evening.
  • To verify your identity against people previously refused entry or banned for cause, so a banned person cannot simply reapply under a new form.
  • To calculate and communicate the participation fee for the gathering you applied to.
  • To keep the club's records of who attended, for the organisers' own future reference.

4. How long we keep it

[RETENTION PERIOD — TO BE FILLED BY LEGAL]. As a rule, data of applicants who are not approved or who do not proceed further is kept only as long as necessary for the purpose above and then deleted or anonymised. An exception applies to people who were refused for cause or permanently banned: a minimal record (name and reason) is kept for longer, specifically so the same person cannot be readmitted by mistake — legal review is required to confirm how this is reconciled with the right to erasure in point 6.

An application started in the Telegram bot and never finished is kept as a draft, together with the answers already given, for thirty days from your last message in that conversation, and is deleted automatically after that.

5. Who we share it with

  • The organisers of Parley Club themselves — nobody else reads applications.
  • Our hosting provider, strictly as the infrastructure that stores the data — it does not access or use it independently.
  • Telegram, as the messaging service the bot runs on. An organiser is notified there of every new application (that notification is a short summary). If you apply through the bot, your whole application passes through Telegram as well — every answer, your contact details and the photographs you send — and the decision on it is sent back to you in the same chat.
  • We do not sell or rent your data to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.

6. Your rights

You can ask, at any time, what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [CONTACT FOR REQUESTS — TO BE FILLED] from the contact you used in your application, so we can verify it is you. We will respond within a reasonable time and confirm once the request is completed.

7. Contact
