Participation Terms

Last updated: [DATE — TO BE FILLED ON LEGAL SIGN-OFF]. Draft pending legal review — see the code comment at the top of this page's source.

1. What Parley Club is

Parley Club runs closed dinner gatherings, every Friday, at Ju Bali, Umalas. Each gathering seats twenty guests — ten men and ten women. Organiser: [OWNER'S LEGAL DETAILS — TO BE FILLED].

2. Applying does not reserve a seat

Filling in the application does not guarantee a place. The organisers read every application personally and assemble the guest list from the people they judge fit for that particular evening. An application may be declined for any gathering without stating a reason.

3. The four points of our format

  1. Each gathering has twenty seats: ten for men and ten for women, assembled after the organisers study every application.
  2. The table is set for people who came to meet others — selling, self-presentation and collecting contacts are not what this format is for.
  3. Every applicant states plainly what they are looking for: a relationship, friendship, or a partner in business.
  4. Anyone who came for sex or to sell a product is refused entry for good. Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not admitted even with an approved application, and in that case the payment is not refunded.

4. Payment

The seat fee depends on your gender and the gathering, and is shown on the event card and confirmed by the organisers when your application is approved. [EXACT PAYMENT METHOD, TIMING AND REFUND RULES BEYOND POINT 3.4 — TO BE FILLED/CONFIRMED BY LEGAL].

5. Refusal and permanent exclusion

The organisers may decline any application, for any gathering, without explanation. Behaviour that breaches the four points above — in particular arriving to sell or to solicit sex, or attending intoxicated — results in a permanent, club-wide ban from future gatherings, attached to the person, not to a single application.

6. Your data

What we collect from your application and how we use it is described separately in the Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force is the one published on this page at the time you apply.

8. Governing law and contact

Governing law and dispute resolution: [GOVERNING LAW / JURISDICTION — TO BE FILLED BY LEGAL]. Questions about these terms: [CONTACT FOR REQUESTS — TO BE FILLED].
